Main questions –
Do I need training to use the machine?
Yes, training is essential to guarantee the results that our machines provide. We offer training online or face to face in our studio in Ireland.
Basic training is always included in the price of the machine. We can also provide additional training for a fee. Contact us for more information.
Do I require any license to use the machine?
Our machines are beauty and aesthetic equipment and in most countries, no specific license is required to operate them. However, the law may differ in the country where you are based, so please confirm with the local authorities whether a license is required or not.
How long is the warranty period, and what does it cover?
A one-year warranty is applied to all the machines and covers defective parts of the machine. However, all the consumables (sponges, electrodes, cables, bandages) and fittings, in general, are not covered by the warranty.
What is the shipping policy?
EXW, meaning you can choose the courier for your shipping. We can offer you a quote from one of our trusted courier services.
How can I buy fittings for my machine?
All the original fittings and spare parts are sold only from our official distributors or us. Worldwide shipping is provided.
Do you provide leasing for the machines?
We can provide leasing ONLY to our Italian clients. CONTACT US for more details.

How does the VIP HI-LINE technology work?
Utilising the latest myostimulation technology, VIP Hi-Line combines four separate functions: Transion, Isogei, Microgei and Linfogei (check out our body sculpting technology guide for more on each of those).
You can use remote programming to attune each treatment function to the specific needs of your client and you can do all of this remotely, using our Wi-Fi technology.
Is the treatment painful?
No, our non-surgical body shaping machines are completely non-invasive so they provide pain and risk-free treatments. Many people even find the experience relaxing and pleasant.
How long does it take to see results from the body contouring treatment?
Your clients will enjoy visible aesthetic results in just one session, followed by gradual improvements over the course of the full treatment.
Can you use VIP HI-LINE on both the body and the face?
Yes, VIP Hi-Line can be used to treat problem areas both on the face and the body. This includes the abdomen, hips and breasts, as well as the face and neck.
